What is Burnout by Gwee Gym?

Burnout is a new style of  training that we call Rapid Integral Performance Training. Burnout is inspired by Olympic gold medalist, World and National Champion sprinter Natasha Hastings the “400MDiva”.  Incorporating her love of track and field, we designed Burnout based on a track workout developed decades ago called “Speed play”.
